Precision rebuilt and repaired my 15 year old door in october of 2017, I noticed recently that the door was very noisy going up and down so I called Precision and got an appointment for the next day. My opener was almost worn out so I asked if he could replace it, which he did . It is now very quite, the price was reasonable and I would recommend Precision for your garage door problems

Chris Stephens is a GREAT technician. As he saw issues he gave me options for their repair/replace. He worked very effectively, was neat and courteous. He had to leave to get the right springs for our door but returned and finished the job in a timely manner.

I couldn't be happier with this organization. My old garage door was shot and within 30 minutes of my call, a truck pulled up, wrote up an estimate with several options and then they went to work. It was a big job, but within a few hours the door was rebuilt and working like a new door. I highly recommend these guys for any door work.

I called on Saturday, Chris came out on Sunday, earlier than promised (but called first to make sure it was OK!). He was very courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable and he fixed the problem pretty quickly, and the charge was reasonable. He gave me some advice on service another door might need but didn’t push to get the order right then. I will call them back to fix that door when I’m ready. I wish all home repairs were this way!

This is a very competent repair and installation company. They are willing to educate you with no pressure as to the best short and long term solutions for your repair. James was great, and answered the silliest of questions. Mostly great prices, they are a little on the higher side compared to others on parts, BUT their lifetime warranty and quality of service is worth it. AVOID FUTURE HEADACHES, and use the most reliable and honest team out there. And no, I am not an employee.

The tech's were pleasant, well spoken and in uniform. They diagnosed the problem quickly and gave me my options ranging from a minimal fix to more. No pressure. They worked quickly and at the end showed me how to operate the new opener's. I will certainly use Precision again.

Precision was fast . My door spring broke on. Sunday morning i called at 8am by 930 the guy was here by 1030 he was done . Fair price no extra charge for a weekend either .
