Wayne Madore, the service technician, was so nice, informative, immediately diagnosed the problem and then corrected and repaired the issue. He also explained a little about the door interns of it's hurricane strength. So once again, we are very pleased to use Precision Overhead Large door as our garage door company.

Today, Chris Poland responded to our need to replace the door openers and tracks, springs, etc. What a fine company representative.
